Taking Flight This Summer

Jun24

Within all of us is a varying amount of space lint and star dust, the residue from our creation. Most are too busy to notice it, and it is stronger in some than others. It is strongest in those of us who fly and is responsible for an unconscious, subtle desire to slip into some wings and try for the elusive boundaries of our origin.

— K O Eckland, Footprints On Clouds

Upcoming Events for the Summer

Patti Wagon Friday Evening Dinner June 28 6 PM – 9:30 PM

A place where Pilots Gather Together.

Enjoy a view of aircraft passing by the Cafe’s Windows.

You are invited to join Freeflight Aviation and other local Pilots at the Patti Wagon Cafe’s monthly Dinner on Friday, June 28th (last Friday of the month) starting time 6:00 – 6:30 PM.

This is a gathering of pilots from the Flying W Airport and other local airports and a great way to get to know your fellow pilots.  The Patti Wagon Cafe will have a Barbecue Dinner.  Cost for the dinner is around $15.00 per person, please call the Patti Wagon Cafe to confirm the dinner price. Wine can be purchased with the meal at an additional cost.

Please let the Patti Wagon Cafe (609-265-2233) or Freeflight Aviation know that you are planning on attending the dinner. This can help Patti plan her dinner menu much better.
